Calhoun County Electric Cooperative Association (CCECA) has agreed to share CEO Keaton Hildreth with Raccoon Valley Electric Cooperative (RVEC), headquartered in Glidden. Keaton has served as interim CEO for RVEC over the past several months while a long-term management decision could be made by the RVEC Board of Directors following the departure of their previous manager. During this time, Keaton has demonstrated strong leadership, a commitment to cooperative values, and a clear focus on serving the member-owners. His ability to effectively lead both organizations made him the natural choice to continue in this shared role.
Keaton will continue to serve as CEO of Calhoun County Electric Cooperative Association (CCECA), formalizing a shared management arrangement between the two cooperatives, effective July 1, 2025.
The shared CEO position embodies the cooperative principle of “Cooperation Among Cooperatives” and is designed to foster collaboration and enhance efficiency across both organizations. Keaton’s leadership will help ensure that both CCECA and RVEC continue to deliver on their missions to provide safe, reliable, affordable, and responsible electric service to the communities they serve.
CCECA remains committed to supporting its employees, advancing system improvements, and delivering the high-quality service our member-owners expect. We look forward to the continued success and growth of the cooperative under Keaton’s leadership.
